Questa integrazione verticale ci permette un controllo qualità scrupoloso in ogni singola fase, eliminando i rischi dell'outsourcing. Grazie all'ottimizzazione dei processi interni, siamo in grado di garantire tempi rapidi e tempistiche certe sulle forniture, un asset critico per settori rigorosi come il farmaceutico e il cosmetico, dove la puntualità è parte integrante del prodotto stesso.
Non siamo solo stampatori, ma partner tecnici. La nostra consulenza parte dall'analisi del progetto: verifichiamo la fattibilità tecnica del tracciato fustella e consigliamo i materiali. Realizziamo mockup (prototipi) in scala 1:1 e in 3D e, se necessario, pre-tirature in stampa digitale per validare la resa finale ed eseguire test di macchinabilità e crash test, prima dell’avvio della produzione offset da migliaia di pezzi. Questo previene criticità e garantisce un risultato perfetto.
