Each packaging has
its own design

We are experts in the design and production of high volumes of secondary packaging for the Beauty and Pharmaceutical markets.
Cases or boxes? What is the most suitable packaging for a product? Each order has its own needs and particularities. We will take charge of all aspects of the project with the professionalism that has always distinguished us.

We design and create secondary packaging

Here are 3 good reasons to entrust us with the creation of a packaging project:

  1. Established experience
We have been in business since 1954: we know the world of packaging and paper conversion in depth. This allows us to prevent any critical issues and always find the best solution for every need. We give each packaging project a unique look, with personality.
  2. Consultancy on every aspect
We are alongside our customers in every phase of the work: from the mockup to the pre-run up to production. We give advice, propose production alternatives and identify the packaging that best meets the technical and aesthetic expectations of each customer.
  3. Reliability of supply
We guarantee certain deadlines: we invest in cutting-edge machinery and carry out scrupulous quality control to ensure delivery times. At Grafica Atestina we are a team of 50 people and we all work according to the principle of optimizing work processes.

Frequently Asked Questions

We specialize in high-volume production for the Beauty and Pharmaceutical markets. Our production setup, based on offset printing, is optimized to ensure the best quality/price ratio for medium to large runs (generally from thousands to tens of thousands of pieces). Digital printing is strategically used for mockups and pre-production runs.

The unit cost depends on four industrial factors: quantity (higher volumes reduce cost per unit), material (type of paperboard and grammage), print complexity (number of colors, special Pantone inks), and finishing (e.g. gloss/matte lamination, UV coating, hot foil stamping). Another factor is the packaging size and the weight of the product inside.

In regulated sectors such as Beauty and Pharma, “sustainable” means traceability and assurance. Our FSC® certification guarantees that all paperboard comes from responsibly managed forests, meeting compliance requirements and communicating ethical value.

Reliability has been at the heart of our work since 1954. With a team of 50 specialists and a state-of-the-art fleet of machinery, we manage the entire production cycle in-house: from prepress to die-cutting, right through to final packaging.

This vertical integration allows us to maintain meticulous quality control at every single stage, eliminating the risks associated with outsourcing. Thanks to the optimization of our internal processes, we are able to guarantee fast turnaround times and reliable delivery schedules—a critical asset for demanding sectors such as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, where punctuality is an integral part of the product itself.

We act as technical partners. We analyze feasibility, recommend materials, create 1:1 mockups and 3D prototypes, and run digital pre-productions to validate results and test machinability before full production.
