For the Bema Bio Sun Protection sun care line, we developed a sustainable packaging solution that visually translates the purity of an organic cosmetic formula. The strategic goal was to combine a green aesthetic with structural performance, optimizing shelf impact at the point of sale.
The project is based on Solid Board Natural FSC paperboard: an uncoated material which, thanks to its natural porosity, absorbs ink evenly, ensuring a warm, matte and tactile color result.
The design is developed through a clean Pantone printing, with usage information printed inside, enhancing the unboxing experience and reinforcing the brand identity. Finally, the application of a protective acrylic coating ensures maximum resistance to wear and humidity, a key factor for sun care products.
The result is a perfect balance between nature, design and functionality.
