We attended Esxence 2026 – The Art Perfumery Event for the first time, the leading international exhibition dedicated to artistic perfumery, held annually in Milan.
This immersive experience allowed us to explore a constantly evolving sector where creativity, research, and brand identity come together to create unique fragrances. In this context, luxury perfume packaging plays a strategic role: it is not just a container, but an essential part of the product’s storytelling.
Cases, personalized boxes, and premium paper-based packaging solutions become the first point of contact between brand and consumer, anticipating the sensory experience of the fragrance. Every detail, from material selection to finishing, contributes to conveying value, elegance, and positioning.
The theme of this edition, “Sensing the World”, perfectly reflects this vision: perception begins from the outside. Packaging design becomes the first sense involved, capable of evoking emotions and expressing the essence of the fragrance even before it is opened.
