When we invested in our first BOBST technologies in 2019—the EXPERTFOLD 110 A2 folder-gluer with GYROBOX and the NOVACUT 106 die-cutter—our objective was precise: to increase production capacity in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors without sacrificing the quality our customers expect.

A Multi-Step Journey
The first phase began right there: a more robust and high-performing line, capable of ensuring top-tier standards for die-cutting, creasing, and gluing. The EXPERTFOLD was initially chosen to produce boxes with specific glue points; however, we discovered it improved quality and productivity across the entire packaging line in ways we hadn't anticipated. Its versatility—supporting a wider range of applications with quick setups and reduced production times—convinced us to continue down this path.
In 2022, we added the VISIONFOLD 50 with HANDYPACK, designed specifically for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. It brought advanced automation, consistent performance even at high speeds, and the ACCUEJECT ejection system with a code reader for managing serialization and traceability. Installed in July 2022, it delivered high performance from day one.
The evolution didn't stop there: integrating these technologies allowed us to build an increasingly efficient and reliable production workflow.
